RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Here at Oaklyn, we want to make you happy! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping. While we hope all of our products fit your needs, we’ll try to make it as painless as possible to return something that isn’t quite right.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item is in like-new condition, with the original packaging and tags and send it back along with the packing slip to:

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that shipping costs, including return shipping costs, will not be refunded.

Refunds

If the returned item meets the above standards, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your order, we ask that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase for a refund. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

Please make sure the product is in like-new condition with the tags intact with the original packing slip. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
