Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship out of our facility within two business days. Please note that our shipping department is open Monday – Friday, so orders cannot be processed and shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

The standard shipping rate for orders placed within the Continental USA is based on the amount of your order. Please see below.

Total Amount of Order Shipping Rate:

$99.99 & Under - $7.95

$100.00 & Over – Free

 

Expedited Orders:

If you choose to have an order expedited, the order must be received by us no later than 12:00PM EST in order for it to be processed that day. Please call us at 800-347-0033 to place expedited orders. We will take the order over the phone to ensure the order ships same day.

 

International Orders:

Shipping rates for orders shipping to countries other than the USA are based on the country in the delivery address. The shipping chart above does not apply to international shipping. The international shipping cost will show when you are placing your order. If you are an international customer, please be sure to check for e-mails from us regarding you order.

General Return/Exchange Policy:

Please inspect the items you have received and try them on as soon as possible. When trying the girth on your horse, please try and keep it in new condition until you know it fits properly. Items must be returned in new condition with a the bottom portion of this form filled out. Used or damaged items may not be returned. If items are returned not in new condition, you may be charged a restocking fee. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of horse hair and dirt. Please take the appropriate precautions.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment for an exchange or refund. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned or exchanged. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item:

1.       Call us at 800-347-0033 or email us at sales@intrepidintl.com for a Return Authorization Number.

2.       Include a copy of the bottom portion of the return/exchange paper that was included in your shipment.
